Thanks I had an awful sun burn that covered my shoulders in blisters and I tried to scrap them all off all the dead and blisterd skin in the shower and ending up making everything worse really sensitive itchy and painful or even just the hair touching my shoulders or a shirt would cause Lots of pain and itching but this definitely helped.

I purchased and installed a large pinboard and whiteboard, so i can plan out my week/ i have my long/medium/short goals pinned there. I also pin my Notepads (in my pocket at all times) for things i don't accomplish that day, so in the morning when i wake up i see them and make it priority to accomplish it that day. Also the notepad is underrated, I look like a grandpa with dementia, but feel so much more in control, also it gives you a place to write down stray thoughts, so you don't lose good ideas or stressors can be written down and planned out to squash your fears. Stress is the result of mismanagement. After doing this for about a week i can already notice clear differences in my personality and people around me noticed my mood had changed. I started attending a bible study class so i can become closer to god and through him accomplish my dreams -> goals -> with clear plans. Looking and feeling better in the gym. Reading books and learning programming.

This is good advice to get grounded, but breaking the rules can be valuable. Going all in on formal/smart does not suit my personality, instead i look for ones that do go with more casual oversized outfits. Theres been several times i showed someone something i ordered, they thought itd make me look like an old man or whatever, then i put it on alongside chill minimal stuff that goes against that image and they LOVE it

Fit is key but Dutch people are tall and skinny and I am not so therefore I can’t buy decent fitting clothing. I ordered €3000 clothes and only kept 2 items. Everything else had to return. So bad for the climate but I simply can’t find any clothes.

Most important is the fit and it’s the nr1 thing I cant get right. My shoulders and back are M, my waist and torso/arm length is S. I like my physique but just simply cant find clothes. And thats while i dont even workout. If i would go to gym it would get even worse. I’m not even crazy athletic. I’m just not super skinny. I have muscle. And therefore i cant wear anything
